The founder of Masterwork Home Company, David Boschert, has been creating new home communities, shopping centers, office complexes and custom homes in Northern Colorado and the Vail Valley since 1990, earning a stellar reputation and multiple industry awards for excellence. In the last decade, David’s love for home design and construction has drawn him to focus exclusively on creating extraordinary custom homes in Boulder County, making many happy customers and lifelong friends in the process. David engages with each client from the moment the design process begins, through all of the selections of every detail that makes the home special and ensures that the completion of the home is to his high standards of quality. He understands what the finished home will mean to clients for years to come, and builds each home with the care that he would if he were building for his own family. David’s easy-going style makes the building experience fun, easy and memorable.
Going beyond innovative design, David has a constantly growing knowledge of available building materials, new technologies and energy saving building methods. Equally important, David has carefully selected the area’s best craftsmen and suppliers to help ensure the highest quality of each aspect of construction. Many tradesmen have been devotedly crafting homes for David for over 20 years.
